For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $5 for shipping. All of our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Policy for Vigorem

At Vigorem, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our returns policy outlined below:

1. Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Only products purchased directly from Vigorem are eligible for return. For products purchased through authorized retailers, please refer to their respective return policies.

2. Returns Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@vigorem.com.au to obtain a return authorization.

  • Once approved, securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your proof of purchase.

  • Address to ship the return package to will be disclosed upon return approval.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

4. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
